Individual and Community Health and Safety

HP 3.1 Analyse images of health, develop strategies to promote personal safety and wellbeing and investigate the health services available to different groups in the community

  • Generate personal health goals based on what it means to be healthy,and take action to achieve the goals, e.g. eat breakfast daily, get plenty of sleep, participate in physical activity, hunting and gathering
  • Identify safety equipment, rules and procedures to be followed for various recreational and sporting activities

Movement

PA 3.1 Safely perform movement sequences incorporating equipment and displaying consistency and control

  • Devise and perform sequences with partners or groups using apparatus and/or floor space, linking rolls, steps, balances, jumps and turns
