Introduce 'The Australian Guide to Healthy Eating'. The Australian Guide to Healthy Eating’ (AGHE) has been developed by the Australian Department of Health and Ageing. The guide provides information about the amounts and kinds of food Australians need to eat each day to get enough of the nutrients necessary for good health.
Introduce the “Go for 2 and 5” program : eating 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables every day. The program talks about the benefits of fruit and vegies and great ways to get more fruit and vegies into your day.
